Quasi-steady uptake and bacterial community assembly in a mathematical model of soil-phosphorus mobility

چکیده
• We create a simple three-species model of phosphorus and carbon uptake. show how nutrient dynamics can manifest as bacterial plant community shifts. under sufficient supply, additional benefits bacteria with satiation in the plants. theoretically predict experimental reassembly results between species. Under certain parameter regimes, population oscillations occur has been observed literature. mathematically uptake by soil consisting two groups: copiotrophs oligotrophs. Four equilibrium states emerge, one for each species monopolising resource dominating coexistence all that are controlled ratio chemical adsorption to death permitting either oscillatory or quasi-steady steady state emerge which content unresponsive increased fertilization. However, fertilization supports leading reassembly. Our demonstrate importance time-series measurements experiments.

Investigation on bioavailability of rumen bacterial and protozoal phosphorus using a chick-model
Ruminal bacteria and protozoa provide excellent organic phosphorus (P) sources for the host animal. This experiment was conducted to compare the bioavailability of bacterial and protozoal P in comparison with that of dicalcium phosphate (DCP) as a reference phosphorus source. Bacteria and protozoa were isolated from the rumen contents of dairy cows and the chick-model was used to determine the ...
متن کاملEffects of Sulfur Application on Soil pH and Uptake of Phosphorus, Iron and Zinc in Apple Trees
The main reasons for the fixation of some elements and consequently nutrient deficiencies, especially phosphorus, iron and zinc, are high levels of calcium (calcareous soils) and soil pH. Two sulfur fertilizers (sulfur alone and sulfur + organic material + Thiobacillus spp.) with two rates (2 and 4 kg sulfur/tree) were used to decrease soil pH and availability of P, Fe and Zn in apple trees dur...

17 Septic tanks with subsequent soil treatment systems (STS) are a common treatment technique 18 for domestic wastewater in rural areas. Phosphorus (P) leakage from such systems may pose a 19 risk to water quality (especially if they are located relatively close to surface waters). In this 20 study, six STS in Sweden (11 to 28 years old) were examined. Samples taken from the 21 unsaturated subs...

15 صفحه اولQuasi-Monolayer Black Phosphorus with High Mobility and Air Stability.
Black phosphorus (BP) exhibits thickness-dependent band gap and high electronic mobility. The chemical intercalation of BP with alkali metal has attracted attention recently due to the generation of universal superconductivity regardless of the type of alkali metals. However, both ultrathin BP, as well as alkali metal-intercalated BP, are highly unstable and corrode rapidly under ambient condit...
